Mourinho pays tribute to whole Chelsea team

Jose Mourinho paid tribute to his entire squad and coaching staff as Chelsea celebrated their first title success in 50 years at Stamford Bridge today.

Mourinho’s programme notes simply read – these are my champions! – before listing 102 names, headed by John Terry and Frank Lampard, but also including numerous staff, youth and reserve team players.
