Anderton out of Canaries clash

Birmingham midfielder Darren Anderton has been ruled out of the trip to Norwich with an Achilles problem.

Stephen Clemence is pushing for a return in midfield after coming on in the home win over Blackburn last weekend while full-back Jamie Clapham is back in contention after a foot injury sustained against Everton a fortnight ago.

Muzzy Izzet is back in training after his lengthy knee problem and may play some part in Tuesday’s benefit game for the MG Rover workers at St Andrews.
