Gunners mark Highbury farewell

Arsenal will mark their final season at Highbury by wearing a special kit featuring redcurrant shirts as worn for their first season at the ground in 1913.

The all-redcurrant home shirt is being worn especially to commemorate the club’s final season at Highbury before the move to Ashburton Grove in 2006.

The shirt will have the words ’Highbury 1913 – 2006’ in gold embroidery on the back.
