Cork City can assure themselves of a place in the first ever Setanta Cup final with a victory over Shelbourne at Tolka Park tonight.

It is a game that Shelbourne must not lose, or they will be out of contention for a place in the final, while Cork know that even if they lose tonight, a victory over Portadown in two weeks time would also probably be enough to qualify for the final.

Shelbourne will be without Glen Crowe (hamstring) but they do welcome back Jim Crawford and Gary O’Neill from injury.

Cork will miss defenders Alan Bennett and Danny Murphy (both suspended) and striker John O'Flynn (hip) while Kevin Doyle faces a late fitness test after picking up a hamstring strain against Shamrock Rovers on Friday night.
