Lampard double sees Chelsea to title
Bolton 0 Chelsea 2
Frank Lampard struck the final, decisive blows in the title race as Chelsea clinched their first top-flight triumph for 50 years after battling their way to victory at Bolton.
Lampard struck twice to take his tally for the season to an impressive 18 as Chelsea weathered a storm at the Reebok Stadium before eventually coasting home.
After John Terry and Petr Cech had held Bolton at bay, Lampard took over, striking his first goal on 60 minutes before rounding off victory on the break with 14 minutes left.
