Dowie to choose from strong Palace squad

Crystal Palace are in rude health for the final phase of their Barclays Premiership survival bid which begins at Newcastle tomorrow.

Only long-term absentees Emmerson Boyce (foot) and striker Tommy Black (leg) are unavailable for the vital encounter at St James’ Park.

Defender Boyce could be back for the last game of the season against Charlton on May 15 but midfielder Black will miss the run-in.
