Dunne signs new deal with City

Manchester City defender Richard Dunne has signed a new contract which will keep him at Eastlands until the end of the 2006-07 season.

The 25-year-old Republic of Ireland international, a £3m (€4.5m) signing from Everton in October 2000, signed the extension to his current deal following some excellent performances this season.
