Jeremy Peace believes West Brom will look start to increasingly abroad for new players and has stressed the need to improve the club’s scouting system if they are to unearth the next Zoltan Gera.
Hungarian skipper Gera has proved to be a bargain capture after being signed for £1.5m (€2.2m) from Ferencvaros last summer by previous Albion manager Gary Megson.
