Onouha to continue

Stuart Pearce is expected to stick with teenage defender Nedum Onouha for tomorrow’s trip to Charlton.

In his first game in charge since succeeding Kevin Keegan as Manchester City boss, Pearce sprang a major surprise at Tottenham a fortnight ago by selecting Onouha ahead of Danny Mills.

Onouha did enough to persuade Pearce to give him another chance so, with Steve McManaman (calf) and Ben Thatcher (hamstring) both still missing, Pearce is set to name an unchanged line-up.
