Cork went top of Setanta Cup Group Two after this fiery clash which saw a player from each side sent off.

Denis Behan was the hero with his cracking 25-yard strike on 60 minutes separating the sides. City midfielder Joe Gamble was then first to see red on 83 minutes for appearing to headbutt Shels defender Jamie Harris.

Shels left-back David Crawley was sent off in the final minute for a similar offence against City’s George O’Callaghan.
