Cole's 'tapping' row testimony

Ashley Cole today gave his testimony for use by a Premier League inquiry into the ‘tapping-up’ affair which has left his Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger speaking of his amazement at the “arrogance” and “naivety” of rivals Chelsea.

Wenger has admitted his initial incredulity that the Blues could set up a meeting with Cole at a London hotel, as has been alleged.
