Dundee United have parted company with manager Ian McCall.

Tannadice chairman Eddie Thompson met with board members on Sunday to discuss McCall’s position after the 3-0 defeat at Kilmarnock left the club one point adrift at the foot of the Bank of Scotland Premier League table.
