O'Brien back for Magpies UEFA clash

Newcastle defender Andy O’Brien returns to the starting line-up for tomorrow night’s UEFA Cup clash with Olympiacos in Greece.

The Republic of Ireland international will replace the ineligible Jean-Alain Boumsong alongside Titus Bramble at the heart of the Magpies’ rearguard.

Aaron Hughes is expected to continue at left-back in the absence of Celestine Babayaro (knee), while Patrick Kluivert could return in attack at the expense of Shola Ameobi after shaking off a groin problem.
