Shelbourne snap up Stephen Brennan

Shelbourne have snapped up Republic of Ireland Under-21 defender Stephen Brennan from Newcastle United.

The 21-year-old defender has signed a four-month loan deal and will assess his options during the July transfer window. Brennan is keen on returning to England and hopes that an offer will come along when clubs begin pre-season training.
