A poor run of results in the Primera Liga coupled with a lethargic showing in this season’s Champions League has increased the pressure on the former Chelsea boss but goals from Marco Di Vaio and Pablo Aimar put Valencia firmly in control of the last 32 tie with the second-leg in Romania to come.
