Healy boost for Sanchez

Northern Ireland’s top scorer David Healy gave manager Lawrie Sanchez a boost today by returning to training following a groin strain.

The Leeds striker is now expected to start in the friendly against Canada at Windsor Park tomorrow.

Keith Gillespie (virus) and Mark Clyde (ankle) also took part in training after missing yesterday’s session.

It means Sanchez has a clean bill of health going into the game in Belfast.
