Chelsea duo pull out of England squad

Sven-Goran Eriksson’s defensive crisis ahead of Wednesday’s England friendly against Holland took another twist today as John Terry and Wayne Bridge pulled out through injury.

The Chelsea duo joined an injury list which already includes Sol Campbell, Rio Ferdinand and Matthew Upson, as well as Jonathan Woodgate, while Ledley King is also nursing a slight problem.
