FA Cup replays could rebound on League

The Manchester derby is among a number of high-profile league fixtures at risk from an agreement between English soccer’s major governing bodies over FA Cup replay dates.

With a full round of Premiership matches scheduled for the week beginning January 31 immediately after the fourth round ties and England taking on Holland in a Villa Park friendly on February 9, there is no suitable midweek slot for replays ahead of the fifth round on February 19.
