FA wait for ref's report after Boro fracas

The Football Association will await the arrival of referee Dermot Gallagher’s match report before deciding whether to take action over the 16-man melee during Middlesbrough’s 1-1 draw with Everton yesterday.

Duncan Ferguson’s challenge on prone goalkeeper Mark Schwarzer sparked a mass pushing and shoving match which spilled over into the Boro net and involved most outfield players from both sides.
