Forest turn to Megson

Coca-Cola Championship strugglers Nottingham Forest have appointed Gary Megson as their new manager.

Megson, who succeeds Joe Kinnear, was relieved of his duties by West Brom in October hours after revealing he intended to leave the club at the end of his contract in summer 2005.
