Gers seal Buffel deal

Rangers have completed the signing of Thomas Buffel from Feyenoord.

The Belgium international has signed a four-and-a-half-year deal at Ibrox after the clubs agreed a fee of around £2.5m (€3.6m).

The 23-year-old will now join winger Bojan Djordjic as the latest arrivals at the the club.

Rangers beat off competition from Benfica and Stuttgart for the player.
