Blues reject second bid for Savage

Birmingham have rejected a second bid from Blackburn for midfielder Robbie Savage, who has rocked the club by slapping in a transfer request.

Blues managing director Karren Brady insisted the Welsh international would not be allowed to move to Ewood Park unless Rovers come up with an acceptable offer.
