Bruce may spend to cover Dunn injury

Birmingham manager Steve Bruce admitted he may be forced to splash out in the January transfer window after a “devastated” David Dunn suffered yet another hamstring injury during the 2-0 triumph over Middlesbrough.

Dunn has endured a nightmare 12 months and undergone surgery and several injections to try and cure the problem which is related to damaged nerves in his lower back.
