Bank of Scotland Premier League champions Celtic sent out a message to rivals Rangers by responding to their midweek European exit with an impressive 2-0 win at Dunfermline today to go back to the top of the table.

Celtic missed out on a post-Christmas UEFA Cup place when they could only draw at home to AC Milan in the Champions League on Tuesday.
