Rangers 3 Hearts 2

A late winner from Nacho Novo sent Rangers to the top of the Bank of Scotland Premier League table for the first time in more than a year.

The Spaniard struck twice in the second half as Hearts were beaten 3-2 at Ibrox.

Paul Hartley had given the visitors the lead from the penalty spot before Jamie McAllister put through his own goal just before half-time.

Novo then put Rangers ahead before Mark de Vries levelled to set up an exciting finish which was settled by the Spaniard.
