I'll carry on for a long time, says Best

Football legend George Best said today he was feeling fit and healthy and would “carry on for a long time” – a week after an operation to check on his life-saving liver transplant.

The 58-year-old former Manchester United player, speaking from a health farm in Hampshire, said things were “really good”.
