Wenger: Bergkamp may get new deal

Arsene Wenger has revealed he will consider handing veteran striker Dennis Bergkamp a new one-year contract at the end of this season.

However, the Arsenal boss will not make any final decision on the Dutchman’s future until next May, when he can see what physical shape the 35-year-old is in.
