Portsmouth move closer to new stadium

Portsmouth have signed a planning consent agreement which could mean work beginning on their new stadium by mid-December.

Pompey chairman Milan Mandaric and chief executive Peter Storrie have put pen to paper on the vital legal documents following the granting of planning permission by the city council in July.
