Jose Mourinho believes Chelsea can win the Barclays Premiership title “one or two weeks” before the end of the season.

The Stamford Bridge boss said: “I was driving along the Kings Road and one of my assistants told me that on the last day of the season this place will be going crazy with Chelsea fans.
