FA clarify Keegan charge

The Football Association has attempted to clarify the charge being levelled against Manchester City boss Kevin Keegan.

Keegan himself appeared confused about the precise nature of the charge yesterday when he revealed he would be writing a letter of apology to referee Steve Dunn for the comments he made privately in the tunnel after Sunday’s 4-3 defeat at Newcastle, but said he would fight any FA attempt to fine him for his emotional post-match comments to the media.
