No Naysmith for Everton

Everton will be without Scotland full-back Gary Naysmith at Norwich as he continues his recovery from an ankle injury.

Naysmith, in negotiations over a new contract, has managed only one game in the last eight because Alessandro Pistone has now claimed the left-back spot.
