Leeds today made a second bid for Preston striker David Healy and allowed defender Michael Duberry to join Stoke on loan.

United, who meet North End at Elland Road tomorrow, had an offer of £100,000 (€144,000) rejected earlier this week for Northern Ireland international Healy, which was described as “derisory” by Preston.
