Okocha possible for Palace clash
Bolton boss Sam Allardyce expects to have skipper Jay-Jay Okocha available for tomorrow’s encounter with Crystal Palace.
The influential Nigerian aggravated a groin injury in the defeat at West Brom a fortnight ago but has trained this week and, providing he suffers no reaction, he will play.
Ricardo Gardner is not due to return to Lancashire until later this afternoon after an exhaustive World Cup trip to Jamaica but Senegalese World Cup star Khalilou Fadiga will be in the Bolton squad for the first time after making a full recovery from the heart complaint diagnosed during his time at Inter Milan.
Squad: Jaaskelainen, Hunt, Jaidi, N’Gotty, Gardner, Okocha, Fadiga, Campo, Speed, Nolan, Pedersen, Davies, Diouf, Poole, Giannakopoulos, Ferdinand, Barness, Hierro, Cesar.
