Rangers made a late, late booking for the new UEFA Cup group stage by beating Maritimo 4-2 on penalties.

Dado Prso was the scorer in normal time to wipe out the first leg deficit and take the tie into extra-time, after which Gregory Vignal netted the winning spot-kick.
