Taricco hit with suspension

Tottenham defender Mauricio Taricco has been banned for three games after being found guilty of violent conduct by a Football Association disciplinary panel.

The charge related to an incident with Damian Duff in Spurs’ fixture against Chelsea on April 3.

The suspension will begin immediately and covers Barclays Premiership games against Everton, Portsmouth and Bolton.
