Norwich are still searching for their first Barclays Premiership victory of the season on a day when Aston Villa faltered on the road again.

City manager Nigel Worthington can again thank the brilliant Robert Green for at least giving his side their fourth point of a campaign which is so far proving frustrating.

While man-of-the-match Green denied Villa on four separate occasions throughout a mundane 90 minutes, it is unlikely Villa boss David O’Leary will take any heart from his side’s fourth successive away match without a win.
