Blues may rest internationals

Jose Mourinho is set to rest some of his jet-setting Chelsea stars against Aston Villa following the exertions of an international double-header.

The Blues boss was left with just four players during the 15-day break as Chelsea’s internationals went around the world to represent their countries.
