Givens wary of tougher tests ahead

Republic of Ireland under-21 manager Don Givens has warned his young stars they will have to raise their game if they are to pursue their European Championship dream.

A 3-0 scoreline against Cyprus in the opening game of their Group Four campaign at Kilkenny’s Buckley Park was the perfect start for Givens and his squad, with the win stretching their superb unbeaten run to 13 matches.
