Waterford United player-manager Alan Reynolds will play another game of make-do-and-mend for the visit of south-east rivals Kilkenny City to the RSC tonight in an FAI Carlsberg Cup third round tie at the RSC (7.30pm).

The Blues will be without the suspended PJ Banville, Mark Clifford and Dave Mulcahy while skipper John Frost, Vinny Sullivan and Wayne Fitzgerald are all still injured.

Reynolds himself is overcoming a knee injury and should be fit to play but new signing Kenny Coleman is ineligible. Kenny Browne looks set revert to right back with fromer Cork City defender Alan Carey playing at left-back.
