Robben and Mutu left on sidelines

Chelsea are to rest Dutch winger Arjen Robben and Romanian striker Adrian Mutu for their game against AC Milan.

The Blues’ final match in the ChampionsWorld Series, which kicks off in the early hours of tomorrow morning UK time, will not feature either player as Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho adopts a cautious approach with the first day of the Barclays Premiership season less than a fortnight away.
