Cup kings Rovers cruised through, wrapping up the match by half-time against the Waterford Junior champions.

Keith Doyle crossed for Trevor Molloy to head Rovers in front on 17 minutes.

A blunder by keeper Adrian Walsh, who spilled Molloy's cross, then gifted Stephen Grant a simple second ten minutes later.

The goal of the game arrived in first half stoppage time when Pat Deans found the bottom corner of Walsh's net with a 35-yard drive.
