Fulham have completed the signing of Canadian international Tomasz Radzinski from Everton for an undisclosed fee.

Fulham have completed the signing of Canadian international Tomasz Radzinski from Everton for an undisclosed fee.

The 31-year-old has signed a three-year deal which is subject to passing a medical.
