St Pat's defender gets one-match ban

St Patrick’s Athletic defender Dessie Byrne will miss his side’s eircom League Premier Division clash with Cork City next month after picking up a one-match ban.

The former Wimbledon and Carlisle United left-back reached four penalty points to trigger the suspension from the League’s Disciplinary Commission.
