United fly into spacious Eagles' nest

The people who planned the NovaCare Complex had an eye for even the smallest detail when it came to providing a level of care.

As the facility is home to the Gridiron giants of Philadelphia Eagles, the shower heads were installed eight feet high!

The complex was opened in March 2001 and offers Manchester United, who have set up camp there, a home from home.

The weights room is a massive 8,000 square feet and Mike Wolf, Eagles strength and conditioning coach, said: “The amount of equipment we have and the amount of money that was spent is unequalled in the NFL.

“The players who have come in all are awestruck. They say: ‘This is unbelievable. I’ve never seen anything like this.’ I think they’re excited to work out in this type of facility.”
