Spurs extend Republic U21's contract

Tottenham have signed England Under-16 captain Leigh Mills from Swindon for an undisclosed fee.

Tottenham defender Stephen Kelly has signed a contract extension at White Hart Lane.

The Republic of Ireland Under-21 captain made 11 appearances in the Premiership last season following a three-month loan spell at Watford.

Meanwhile, the club have signed England Under-16 captain Leigh Mills from Swindon for an undisclosed fee.

Part of the deal will also see an as-yet-unknown Spurs player join the Robins on loan before the start of the season.
