The Scottish Football Association tonight decided Partick Thistle have no grounds of appeal against the Scottish Premier League’s decision to allow Inverness Caledonian Thistle promotion.

The Firhill side took their case to the SFA after a second vote of the top flights 12 clubs ruled a 10-2 majority in favour of Inverness’ plans to ground share with Aberdeen next season.
