Czechs set to rest top stars

Czech Republic coach Karel Bruckner is set to rest some of his biggest names for tomorrow night’s Group D clash with Germany in Lisbon.

Captain Pavel Nedved is one of those likely to be left out with the Czechs already assured of qualification and top spot in the group, while striker Jan Koller and winger Karel Poborsky could also be rested.
