Only one club can afford Rooney: Moyes

Everton boss David Moyes believes there is only club in the world who could afford England striker Wayne Rooney.

The Goodison chief does not actually name Chelsea but it is clear he thinks only Roman Abramovich could find the cash that might force Everton to sell their 18-year-old front man.
