West Brom set to bag Traore
Liverpool defender Djimi Traore could be on the verge of a £1m (€1.49m) move to Premiership new boys West Brom.
The 24-year-old Frenchman was bought from Laval for £500,000 (€749,104) in 1999 but has struggled to establish himself in the first team.
“Things are being held up because Liverpool chief executive Rick Parry is on holiday but we hope to get things moving soon,” Traore’s agent Willie McKay said in The Sun.
“There’s been interest from other clubs but we are confident Djimi will sign for West Brom.”
