Kerr giving fringe players a chance
Republic of Ireland manager Brian Kerr intends to use this weekend’s Unity Cup tournament to give his fringe players a flavour of international football ahead of the forthcoming World Cup qualifiers.
Jamaica and, first, Nigeria will provide the opposition at The Valley in Charlton as the Republic continue their end-of-season friendly schedule, which will finish with a trip to Holland on June 5.
